Easter To Transform A 14 Acre Site

Hundreds of jobs will be generated in Widnes thanks to exciting plans by United Utilities and Easter Group to create a new business park adjacent to the Waterfront.
The two companies have agreed a deal which will see the 14-acre site at Shell Green developed into a new 250,000 sq ft business park.
United Utilities Property Solutions, the property-arm of the Warrington-based water, wastewater and electricity company, owns the land and has brought in partner Easter Group to transform the site.
The first phase of the development, which will comprise of four buildings totaling just over 100,000 sq ft, will start in the autumn and units will be ready to be moved into by summer next year.
Halton Borough Council has played a major role in promoting this vacant land, which will now be regenerated and attract employment to the town.
