TURNSTONE BUSINESS PARK HEATS UP

First occupier moves into flexible new business accommodation at Widnes Waterfront

OMG plumbing and heating Ltd has become the first occupier to move into Priority Sites’ new, high specification business accommodation at Widnes Waterfront.

The plumbing and heating specialist, which has been established for over 20 years, has relocated from Bold Trading Estate, Widnes to occupy 3000 sq ft of flexible premises, which will aid the company’s continued expansion.

Following the purchase of a respected, Manchester-based air conditioning company, Atmospheric Products Limited, we quickly outgrew our previous premises at Bold Trading Estate.

The brand new hybrid accommodation at Turnstone Business Park has really hit the mark and allowed us to operate our headquarters and warehouse all under one roof. The modern space also provides the flexibility we need for continued growth and development.”
