Phase I, due for completion in Autumn 2009, will comprise of a 5-screen cinema (Reel Cinemas), a 24 lane bowling alley, a 36,000 sq ft ice rink (Planet Ice), and a bar and restaurant (Fankie and Benny’s), with car parking for 600 cars. Up to 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) of retail space and 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) of restaurant space is available, with planning permission sought for a second stand-alone restaurant.
