Widnes Waterfront Business Steering Group
The aim of the Widnes Waterfront Business Steering Group is: to
work together to maximise the vitality of Widnes Waterfront area.
The Steering Group work to an agreed action plan that is aimed at: enhancing
the physical environment within the area; reducing and designing out
crime; contributing to the safeguarding and creating of jobs; improving
the environmental performance of businesses; and making the area a desirable
place to do business.
The Business Steering Group is also used as a gateway for businesses
to exchange information and receive advice from external partners and
business support organisations.
All businesses within the Widnes Waterfront area are eligible to join
the WWBSG. The Group is Chaired by Paul Murphy (Forum Technik) and supported
by Halton Borough Council.
